BACKGROUND

The Jetset are a group of super-human mercenaries, who make their base of operations in the picturesque (not to mention bloody hot and seriously expensive) setting of Monaco. But the team differs from any other group of super-human mercenaries, mainly because unlike most of their competitors in the field, The Jetset are absolutely frigging useless!

Okay, so maybe that's putting it a bit too forcefully, but the team does seem to have a habit of screwing their operations up on a regular basis. Bad luck perhaps plays a part, but the relaxed atmosphere of their surroundings may have rubbed off on the various members of the team a little bit too much, and served to blunt their edge (although to be quite honest with you, I'm not sure if some of them had an 'edge' to begin with).

In order to achieve success in a business as tough and competitive as mercenary work, professionalism and dedication are two extremely important elements. Unfortunately, most of The Jetset’s members are more interested in taking pleasure out of life, and ideally earning as much cash as they can in the process. Capital, the team's leader, is continually frustrated in his efforts to forge the team into a cohesive and effective fighting force, primarily due to the fact that its members would much rather go out clubbing than do any of that 'training bollocks'.

The most obvious answer to Capital's dilemma would be for him to fire some of The Jetset’s more laidback members, and to replace them with individuals who are focused on the job in hand. But most of the members of the team are his friends, and so Capital struggles on in the hope that he will eventually be able to bring some kind of order to the chaos which follows the team around like a puppy (well Capital always was a bit of an optimist).
